Need a new Buddy board?

When I was trying to push in the hotend heater node into the assembly I shorted the wires and the lcd shut off and now will not boot. (In hindsight I should have preheated the hotend and then just shut off the system and unplugged the power before reinserting the hotend heater node as it is easier to insert when it is hot)  Both fuses are still fine so it must be the board, right?

Likely - contact support via chat and they can help.

I sort of remember a similar thread where the OP reported that there was a spare heater driver socket. Requires minor firmware change. May be talking out of my arse.

Any luck with support?
