MINDA bed leveling issues after two weeks of printing

So my Mini has been printing fine for a couple weeks, but it has suddenly started having an issue probing the bed. The bed leveling starts normally and works as it should on the right half of the bed, but the hot end climbs when leveling on the left side of the bed. I've tried resetting and power cycling the printer, but this hasn't helped. I can't imagine this is a firmware issue, but I also can't imagine how the probe could be bad and still work correctly on one half of the bed. Any thoughts?

You probably have a broken Minda cable, which loses connection when the head is over the left side, because the cable bundle is extended. Speak with support via chat, they will help you diagnose this and supply any necessary replacement parts.

Exact same symptoms with my Mini. Someone posted details of a temporary fix at https://github.com/prusa3d/Original-Prusa-MINI/issues/4 where there is a link to a printable part that may help prevent this from happening again: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4065410
