Heatbed Connection Shorted
Has anyone seen an issue like this? Overnight my Mini+ stopped being able to maintain the heatbed temperature, today I looked and found this mess. The contact screws for the power to the board were both fairly secure, wondering what may have caused the short and if support has any recommendations on how to proceed? With what I'm seeing, I'm concerned that the electronics on the board itself may have been damaged as well, otherwise I'd just replace the cabling. Any thoughts?

I am not sure it is a short. It may just have been a loose connection that got hot and opened up. I only see burning on one connection. A short would be across more than one thing.
I would contact Prusa support via chat and send pictures. They may provide troubleshooting direction, for example ohming out the heater. I expect you will have to replace parts. That does not look like it can clean up and the loose connection would still be there. The heat goes all the way up the wire from the eyelet to the crimp and beyond. You will definitely have to cut off some wire if you try to redo the connection. Cut back beyond where the copper has darkened, which I expect has happened inside the insulation.
If it is an open or loose connection, it is unlikely the electronics were damaged.
