Frozen x-axis... grub(?) /set screw fell out

in case anyone else encounters...

Mini failed a print yesterday.. looks like it just didn't adhere.. so I started it again and noticed I didn't get a perimeter... and then found that the x-axis would not slide left/right without significant effort and it "clicked".. so after much searching, used this video as reference ;

disassembled and out fell one of the set screws for the x-axis gear (I think these are what ppl call grub screws?)

anyway.. re-inserted and re-assembled and x-axis moves again.

do we expect these screws to work themselves loose?

EDIT: this was ordered as a pre-assembled Mini+ ~2-3 years ago. Light usage (maybe 3-4 total spools of PLA/PETG so far)

Thank you for this information - it worked for me, too!  Unfortunately, while my X axis is fixed, now my Z axis won't pass the calibration test.  Will keep searching to figure out what I did wrong.
