Having trouble with print quality (under-extrusion) after printing with relatively no problem for a year or so.
So my Prusa mini has been working great until recently.
It has started having trouble with print quality, I think under-extrusion. I have tried both Prusament, Prusa PLA, and Hatchbox PLA. I have tried some basic stuff from the help article on under-extrusion. (I have attached a picture of the first layer test which shows the lines in the middle of the box part get really thin, this leads to missing layers from my prints and bad first layers on most of them.) (Pardon the dirty sheet, I have been working on it so it's not the cleanest right now.)
I believe it started doing this after fixing a clog from some wonky PETG which I proceeded to not use after said clog.
Not really sure what the deal is with this, the only thing I haven't looked at from the help article is checking the extruder gears, which I will do as soon as I get a chance.
Any help would be appreciated!

I checked all the ptfe tubes except the small one in the extruder because I can't seem to find a 1.5mm hex key for some reason but I am getting one soon so I can check that. I replaced the ptfe tube that runs between the feed and extruder a few months back because it had popped out of the metal clamp bit on one side.
They looked fine upon inspection.

I replied with a photo which is awaiting moderation, but I have not checked the tightness yet. Will do as soon as I get a chance.

Yeah I didn't know that so I do appreciate the new knowledge on that. 🙂
Unfortunately now that I have tried an actual print (not just the first layer calibration), I have discovered it stops extruding almost completely after the first layer. Not sure why this is, the nozzle doesn't seem to be clogged on initial inspection and it printed the first layer just fine.
