Extrusion lines not connecting
Hello everyone,
I am struggling with gaps between extrusion lines . The first layers always look good, from there it gets worse.I have already contacted support about the first issue, they told me I should increase my infill which i did to 30%. It did not help unfortionately. I already changed the nozzle and the short ptfe tube, leveled the bed multiple times, tried 3 different filaments, tried adjusting the flow rate (which led to the gaps disappearing but an overextrusion) and changed the extruder gear as well as the print sheet. I also checked that the heatbreak is in the correct position/clean. Furthermore, i did lower the speeds and increased the temperature by 15 degrees. I am using the standard 0.15mm SPEED profile with Prusa rPLA, but i also tried the other profiles.
Thank you all in advance. Here are some Pictures of the Mini prints
RE: Extrusion lines not connecting
It's not a general under extrusion problem, as evidenced by the surface quality on that stepped top.
Check/replace your bowden tube. It seems similar to the issue shown here, with the likely cause being that specific positions of the extruder rotate/compress the bowden tube enough to cause binding, leading to random sections of underextrusion.
