Copaslip or anti-seize
This morning while attempting to change my nozzle for the first time on my Mini+, the nozzle sheared in half and left part in the heaterblock and part in the wrench socket (where I think it will live forever now, as it's not budging). I had the nozzle set to 280 degrees but maybe that was too much heat or not enough heat? Or maybe after a year and a half it had just firmly attached itself to the block? No idea. I know the heatbreak is also very, very firmly attached to the block and I also don't think I'm going to be able to separate those. Thankfully I had just ordered a bunch of backup parts a couple of weeks ago so I can just replace both the nozzle, break, and block. While searching for "omg wtf do I do now" info after it happened, I came across a post from 2016 where Joan says she uses Copaslip to help avoid this in the future.
I guess this is a question for her or anyone else who has used it -- has anything changed in the last 6 years where you would now not recommend it? Just checking before I replace the parts whether I should also apply some anti-seize while I'm at it. Would be lovely if future nozzle changes didn't end up requiring me to replace more than the nozzle.

I still use. Coppaslip .
And I still catch the first spurt in a tissue. To prevent coppaslip getting on the build plate
