Can't flash the new firmware for the MINI+

I have a problem trying to flash the new firmware for my MINI+. I now have version 4.4.0 on it .

I have downloaded it and copied it to the USB drive several times. But when I put the USB drive into the printer nothing happens.

Did I miss something? I have done this before without any problems. The printer has been turning out excellent prints.

You need both files on the stick.

Maybe you deactivated the auto firmware update. Then you have to click on the boot screen.

I checked that and it is set to "always".

Are both files in the root directory of the drive?

They're in a folder. I moved them out of the folder. But still did not work. I only have one directory on the drive.

I finally got it to work. I removed the folder from the USB drive. I then (in Downloads) removed the files from the folder and put them on the USB drive. Then I put the USB drive back into the printer and it flashed the new firmware. I thought I had done this before but this time it worked. Thanks for all your help.

Glad you're back in business. Yes, boot files have to be at the root level.
