Bed Leveling Failed try again?
First of all I have had my Mini+ for over a year now. It has had a 100% print success since I purchased.
I updated to Prusa Slicer 2.5.0 and noticed at the end of my prints the extruder was parking at X-180 Y-180 Z-0 which was causing it to crash into large prints. After checking the forum this was a well known problem caused by a software incompatibility between Slicer 2.5.0 and my out-of-date firmware. So i downloaded the latest stable firmware version 4.3.4. The firmware flashed without a problem which has fixed this problem.
However now every print, at the 4th probing point during bed leveling i get the error message "Bed Leveling Failed try again?" . So I power cycled the printer and got one print done with no issues. I tried to print again and I am getting the message again. This time after power cycling it is still failing and giving me the bed leveling error.
I have checked the probe, satin sheet, and bed to make sure no debris was present. It seems now I cannot print anything.
Have you run the calibration and self test wizards? Chap 5 in the manual.
Cheerio,
RE: Bed Leveling Failed try again?
I tried the calibration and self test wizards this afternoon and all passed. Still getting the error.
Thanks
It *might* be worth recalibrating - it may be clean now if there was scrap of debris under the sheet when calibrated then every check will fail because it doesn't match.
Cheerio,
