That is a huge concern and I suspect the answer is No on the mini.

Hi again, not sure if you're still looking for a solution and I haven't tested the flashing myself (not running klipper yet) but I've been following the instructions on keenzkustoms : https://github.com/keenzkustoms/klippermini

I've managed to successfully compile the firmware in DFU format with bootloader, said bootloader which to my (little) understanding you might have overwritten when installing klipper.

You can either compile it yourself or let me know if you need the file,

Using the on the github provided build via python you can define the output format .dfu, then loading the fw via stm dfu loader. The build contains also the bootloader as dateprusa mentioned. For dfu load you have to break the appendix taking in account all warranty consquences. But loading the clipper you had to break the appendix anyway.

I'm running klipper but want to sale printer for bigger size and buyer wants prusa firmware.

Hi without flashing back the bootloader  you will not succeed. But this requires some programming knowledge and braking the appendix, which is cancelling he warranty.
