I don't see where to add my printer to my profile..?

NM I finally found the edit button next to my profile pic. Well hidden!

Surprisingly non-intuitive.
Click on your profile pic top-right. Choose "3D Models".
In the list of your models, each pic has a vertical "3 dot" menu at the top right. Click on it and "Edit".

I'm not certain about adding a printer on Printables, but you might find detailed instructions in the official manuals for your Ender 3 Pro. Really sorry I couldn't help.
