Differences in the gcode from PrusaSlicer and Simplify3D
I am using both PrusaSlicer and Simplify3D to slice my creations made in Fusion 360, although I am relying more and more on PrusaSlicer as time goes by. One thing S3D handles a little bit better is adding and removing support. But I have noticed that the resulting gcode-files from the two programs differs in two ways. When Gcode-files from PrusaSlicer is loaded into my Mini+, the screen shows a thumbnail of the actual item to print AND the estimated printing time. These two bits of info is completely lacking in the gcode-files from S3D. Does anybody know why?. Does PrusaSlicer add specific gcode commands in order to display a picture and how long the printing is going to last?
