Prusa Teams and Prusa Connect Files Issues

I've setup teams for my personal printer but uploading of files to prusa connect does not show the files under the teams printer for prusa connect files but on my original prusa account.  I'm seeing a similar behaviour on our teams account for the makerspace.

Should I report this as a bug?

Some more documentation on using teams and how it interacts with prusa connect and the cloud file repository in usage at a shared space would be greatly appreciated.

Just to clarify when I talk about uploading I'm talking about through prusa slicer,  not by dragging it onto the webpage.

Hi, so you moved your printer into your newly created team but files upload to your personal one, is that correct? Thanks

Yes, I added a new team.
Added the printer to that team.
Then I use the API token for the Printer in Prusaslicer.  As there is no API token for the team only the printer.
When uploading from Prusaslicer it is in my original account's connect files not the teams.

Do I need to download the prusa_printer_settings.ini configuration file for the teams account and re-add the printer that way?

I don't thhink that would do anything. From what you described it really seems like we upload to the user's default team and not the printer one

RE: Prusa Teams and Prusa Connect Files Issues

I tried adding the printer via the setting menu on prusa teams using the prusa_printer_settings.ini file it supplied in the team.   The printer shows up as part of that team in prusa connect but the files are still not being stored in the teams connectfiles.  This is not the desired behaviour.  It seems the api key for the printer is the same and I can't see anywhere within the teams interface there is another api key.

Is there another way that one is supposed to add the printer to teams or for prusaslicer to connect to the team so the connectfiles are in the right place?  This is starting to be an issue at the makerspace I'm at with so many users.

Thanks
