Very flat bed but nothing sticks in 2 corners
I have a mini for nearly 2 years and it has never really printed well in the bottom right or top right corners. I recently did the silicon bed mod and now have a beautifully flat bed .07 variance across it.
Yet a first layer calibration still demonstrates it wont stick in the same areas.
Yes clean surface with soap and 100% iso, no skew I can see on the axis
Z is low - i actually gradually went down to past what it should be and getting build up on the caibration square
Only way anythign sticks is using 1mm first layer extrusion width
can anyone suggest anything else to try?
Please show us a picture of the issue.
Cheerio,
Er, thank you; that's not what I meant. Please show us the first layer calibration result.
Cheerio,

Is that the only plate you have? Same problem with other plates?
My other printer gave me fits with a couple of plates until I lightly sanded them with 600 grit sandpaper, then cleaned with soap & water. Now they work great. It's the nuclear option, but it is something to consider if all else fails.
