Print dimensions are not accurate (1mm difference)

I've tried to print fitted enclosure for one of my electronic device and noticed that my Prusa mini seems to be not calibrated properly. Even if I create simple box in Slic3r with exact dimensions the print is 1mm shorter than it should be. Please look at pictures.

Object should have lenght 133mm but it has 132mm. It seems that only axis Y is problematic though. I've checked the belt and the tension seems to be right. Is there anything I can adjust or fix to solve the problem?

RE: Print dimensions are not accurate (1mm difference)

Double check the Y belt is perfectly straight from motor pulley to idler pulley and also carriage lock, if angled the carriage actually does less movement than expected, this error is minimal on small object so You may not be noticed before.

You could, but I don't recommend it, changing the Y motor steps.
