Perimeter vs infill
I am trying to print a door opener hook for anti covid19 usage, for strongest print i should to add more perimeter or infill? What different between add more perimeter or infill?

In my experience adding more perimeter will make the part stronger - infill above 25-30% will not significantly add to strength.
It is like with tubes, stronger constructions is often made up of tubes instead of solid rods - that gives the highest strength for a given weight.

Keep in mind to add same amount of TOP and BOTTOM layers e.g. 5 bottoms + 5 top layers and 5 perimeters to get the same strength through the whole object.
