Coupling feet for the mini?

Hi, I am looking to further reduce the noise level of my mini+ (and reap any potential, albeit minor, performance improvements that may come with it).

Currently my setup consists of my mini+ placed on a 16x16 paver stone, which is sat on some foam squares (cut from the packaging that the mini+ came in), which in turn is on my table on a carpeted floor. It works pretty well but after doing some reading on the forums here I think I may have part of it wrong.

The foam feet which come with the mini act as dampeners and de-couple the printer from the paver stone, and this is a problem. I understand from the often-quoted CNC post on this topic (and other discussions here) that you want the printer coupled to the heavy mass (the paver stone), and the heavy mass decoupled from the table / resonating surface. I cannot simply place non-decoupling felt dots on the bottom of the printer (as many have done with their i3 MK3) since the PCB enclosure sits lower than the aluminum extrusions.

Has anyone found a good solution to use as non-isolating feet for their mini, to allow it to effectively couple to a paver stone? I was considering printing some of the anti-vibration feet others have created for the mini, but modifying them to be a solid block (instead of springy), would this work? Are there other solutions users here have come up with that works to couple the printer to a paver better than the included foam pads?

Thanks in advance!

RE: Coupling feet for the mini?

I just use the feet included with the Mini for my printers. I can't hear them at all, sitting on their pavers. Can't imagine how they could be even quieter.

RE: Coupling feet for the mini?

I printed out these feet and the z-axis brace and stuck them too my granite paver admittedly I wasn't trying to get my Mini quieter but to help with movement on tall prints. However with these, the granite paver, sorbathane feet sitting on a counter in my office, I can't here the printer at all outside the room really. The noise I hear is from the extruder and only when it's doing quick retracts.

MINI+ with FW:4.3.3, Bondtech IFS Extruder, drilled out PC4-M8 couplers, 1 piece Capricorn bowden.
