Changing the printer file from a BGCODE to a GCODE

Hello forum,

Where on PrusaSlicer 2.9.5  can I find the setting to export the g-code file only as a gcode? My Prusa Mini does not recognize BGODE files.

I used to know where the setting was in 2.9.4.   I can't find the setting in 2.9.5

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you

Sean

Go to Printers > General for your printer. See attached screenshot. Remove the checkmark for "binary G-code". If you cannot see the whole image, click on it first.

In the dialog box under Configuration > Preferences > Other there is another relevant setting for this:

RE:

In the printer section tab in version 2.9.5 it now says:

Note: All parameters from this group are moved to the physical printer setting (see changelog).

a new physical printer profile is created by clicking on the "Cog" icon right of the printer profiles combo box, by selecting the "add physical printer" item in the printer combo box. The physical printer profile editor opens also when clicking on the "cog" icon in the printers setting tab, The physical printer profiles are being stored into prusaslicer/physical_printer directory.

I do not know what the COG icon is?

Thanks for the help

The cog icon is next to the "Printer:" dropdown menu. It looks like a little cog.
