RE: Struggling with 95A TPU
At lot more information would help. It's like emailing your doctor and simply saying "I'm struggling with pain"
That said, what printer is this one? I'm assuming by the slightly illegible text on the virtual build plate it's a Core One? Would help if you export the 3MF project file, zip it and attach it to your message. Given the shape of the part I would print it with paint on organic supports.
RE: Struggling with 95A TPU
I am sorry. I am new here. I typed up some information and now see that it didn't post. I am using a Core One with 95a Overture filament. I printed straight and used supports. It was too hard to remove them. I will attach the project.
RE: Struggling with 95A TPU
For next time you can attach it directly to the post
RE:
So two options. You can add a separation layer to the build plate like Magigoo glue stick or before removing the print, drip IPA around the perimeter. It will wick underneath the part. Another thing to try is to lift it off the build plate and paint on organic supports. I've done this and attached. The best way to remove TPU supports is to cut them off.
RE: Struggling with 95A TPU
Thank you. I appreciate all of your help.
