Wave pattern in first layer and gaps between layer lines

I am using a brand new Prusa powder coated texture sheet.
This is PETG.
The wave pattern seems to be created by extrusions that narrow and widen... weird.
And there is clearly too much space beween the lines.
I am using the standard Prusa 0.2mm STRUCTUAL profile in OrcaSlicer.
Never had this before.
There is no way to adjust the z-height on a MK4S, right?

It's the Prusa powder coated texture sheet. (VT24).
It seems total crap.
Below is my Creality texture plate (the golden one).
I printed this on the Mk4S with the exact same settings.

This makes no sense.

That pattern is perfectly typical of the nozzle trying to lay down more filament than there is space for.  On a MK4S, this means either the nozzle is too close to the build plate or the extrusion multiplier is too high.

Tidbit:  you can adjust the Z-height during printing (after the purge line starts printing) by pressing and holding the control knob for 2 seconds.

You can also adjust the z-height in the slicer (I think it's in the Printer tab).

But before you go that route, I suspect my similar issue was that the thumbscrews holding the nozzle in place weren't tight enough.  After I disassembled my Y-axis to replace and lube the bearings, this bottom layer issue went away.  My theory is that the nozzle is moving very slightly during bed levelling, and if you tighten the thumbscrews a bit more this problem goes away.  Nobody has told me I'm full of it yet for this theory, and it's easy to try...

Thanks!
But this doesn't explain why the other plate is fine... all other plates in fact, just the satin powder coated has this issue.
I checked the thumbscrews, they are tightened... you shouldn't over tighten them either...

It was the flow rate. 😉
