Warping / Layer Problems with Elegoo PLA+

Hallo,
ich habe ein kleines Problem beim drucken mehrerer Bauteile mit Elegoo PLA + (schwarz).
Zu den aktuellen Settings:
Prusa Slicer 2.9.0
Druckeinstellungen 0.20 mm Structural
Filament:
Extrusionsfaktor 0,96
Nozzle Temperatur durchgehend 217°C
Heizbett durchgehend 65°C
Keine Kammer
PEI Bett
Lüfter durchgehend an
habe ich informationen vergessen?
Zuerst habe ich ohne Rand und mit einer Heizbetttemperatur von 55°C gearbeitet. Zudem war der Extrusionsfaktor noch höher.
Ich hatte das Problem, dass sich das Bauteil vom PEI Bett gelöst hat. Dadurch haben sich einige Schichten stark verschoben. Zudem hatte ich feine Fäden am Ende des Bauteils.
Daraufhin habe ich in einem weiteren Versuch das Druckbett gereinigt, das Filament wie oben beschrieben angepasst und die Betttemperatur schrittweise auf 65°C erhöht.
Das Druckbild sieht nun viel besser aus. Denoch habe ich eine Schicht, die nicht optimal aussieht. Ich denke ich kann noch etwas an den Geschwindigkeiten ändern, weiß nur nicht mehr was.
Das Objekt sieht insgesamt viel besser aus. Wenn man den Rand ansieht, kann man jedoch die Schicht sehen. Ich habe die Befürchtung bei weiteren, größeren Bauteilen das Objekt dann doch noch zu versauen.
Knapp unter dem oberen, rechten Schraubenloch sieht man die zusammengeschobene Schicht.
Ich würde fast von überextrusion sprechen, wenn der rest nicht so gut aussehen würde.
Habt ihr einen Tipp für mich?

Initially, I printed without a brim and with a bed temperature of 55°C. The extrusion factor was also higher.
I encountered the problem that the part detached from the PEI bed, causing some layers to shift significantly. Additionally, I noticed fine stringing at the end of the part.

After that, in another attempt, I cleaned the print bed, adjusted the filament settings as described above, and gradually increased the bed temperature to 65°C.
The print quality now looks much better. However, there is still one layer that doesn't look perfect. I think I can still tweak the speeds, but I'm not sure what exactly to change.

The object looks much better overall. However, when looking at the edge, the layer is still visible. I’m worried that with larger prints, this issue could end up ruining the object.

Just below the upper right screw hole, you can see the compressed layer.
I would almost call it over-extrusion if the rest of the print didn’t look so good.

The prints, especially the one in the last picture, look very nice and I wouldn't do anything with them. The small deformation of the holes on the top side is completely normal when printing them in this position and is caused by the decomposition of the round hole into parallel layers and the subsequent closure of the hole. This could be prevented by a special shape of the hole during the design, but since screws will probably go into the holes, I wouldn't address it further.

Thank you for your response. The shape of the screw hole is actually intentional. My concern is more about the uneven layer that is still present. I fear that this could cause problems with further parts. Or is the print fine?

That layer deformation happened when the print peels off the bed. This is happening due to part shrinkage. It's going to be very difficult to eliminate on a tall skinny part like that.
Printing in an enclosure might help.
Your best bet if possible would be to redesign the part so that it can be printed with the large flat surface on the bed. Another possibility would be if you have an enclosure. That will slow part cooling and possibly enough to solve the issue.

Another thought, printing a draft shield the full height of the part may help as well as it'll trap heat around the part.
