Under Extrusion / Stuck Filament During Minifigures Printing

I've been printing some minifigures recently and they've been looking great so far, but I started getting some under extrusion recently and I'm not sure what the issue is.

- Printer: MK4S w/ enclosure. Average humidity during printing: ~20%. Printer will typically give a stuck filament warning about once or twice during prints that exhibit under extrusion like this. Printer passes all calibration tests.

- Nozzle: 0.25mm, relatively new. I've used it for many hours, but I only got it a couple of weeks ago. When performing purge test filament is extruded straight down indicating clog-free. Nozzle appears undamaged (no rounding).

- Profile: 0.05mm Detail, with Extrudr GreenTec Pro Filament profile.

- Filament: GreenTec Pro. Stored in a bag with 3 large 100g silicone desiccant bags. When the filament is too "wet" the filament will come out "rough" during a purge test. I have confirmed that the filament comes out smooth so its likely not too "wet".

So if the filament is truly getting stuck during the print, I'm not sure how or where. I've check the Bowden tube and air blasted the nextrudr via the side panel, so I'm fairly confident that dirt is not causing the issue. I'm only getting this issue occasionally when printing minifigures, my other functional prints (larger layer heights, larger nozzles) don't seem to be affected by this issue. Thoughts or suggestions appreciated!

Small prints with a low diameter nozzle and shallow layers - the plastic stays in the melt-zone for a long time; you may be overcooking your filament.

I suggest a cold-pull to ensure there's nothing baked in and then try lowering the hotend temperature by 5° or so for these prints.

Cheerio,
