Problem with elastic filaments

Hi, i want to print some models with TPU filaments (elastic ones), but the thing

Is that right around the feeding gears the filamets jams and gets tangled, what do you suggest?

Pay particular attention to your idler pressure - on the page linked above.

Additionally, one tip, which is not described on the site above (I read this elsewhere): Use the standard nozzle and not the high flow nozzle.

I tried loosening the idler, but there are just screws placed at the outer side of the plastic cover which do not seem to affect the gears, or am i wrong with the assumption?

The Filament tension screws are on the top of the extruder (Red pointer)
the Green screws hold the gearbox together, the ilder swivel transfers the tension from the tension screws into the idler assembly, which presses the filament against the side of the outer gear on the planetary gear assembly inside the extruder gearbox.   causing the filament to move into the nozzle
