printing issue and blob on nozzle

MK4S, MMU3, PETG, 24% hygrometry, PRUSA enclosure, temp enclosure 31C.

Since a couple of days I cannot print anything without issues, the nozzle got blob while printing, and the print got very bad, see photos.

I tried a lot, temperature, retraction, flow ... nothing seems to work.

please help me.

RE: printing issue and blob on nozzle

I would start by cleaning the nozzle. Check the nozzle for clogs and try a cold pull. Seems to be a problem with steady flow.

I did that, remove the nozzle, clean very clean, still same issue.

I am actually printing the same part, with the same gcode, but different filament, seem like it is good. will post a photo soon

Do you have the possibility to dry the PETG filament? Does that make a difference?

no problem with this filament.

Both filament are from Ouverture, PETG.   I will dig what is going on with the black filament

Go lower.  I aim for 10% but don't always make it.

Cheerio,

I investigated anything I can, and found nothing with this Ouverture PETG filament.

I contacted Ouverture, they send me another full spool for free.

Awesome !
