How to fix this printing error
Elegoo pla. Most of my tall prints get one bad line.

That looks like a sudden, single layer of bad interlayer adhesion.
I have seen similar errors where something has been spilled onto a spool and dried leaving contamination but I would expect more spoiled filament ...
The more likely cause is a sudden draft of cold air causing cooling errors for a few seconds. Is the printer near a door or AC outlet?

I think your right about cold. The printer is in a room that varies quite a bit in temperature. Probably 20 degrees F. The splits were happening at night when is cold and I just did a print during the day that looks great! Thanks
