Updating the Firmware of the Prusa i3 MK3S
I'm trying to update the firmware on my Prusa after not using it for a long time. It turns out that all the tutorials show that you can do the "flash" through Prusa Slicer by downloading the .hex file. The problem I'm facing is that the latest firmware version downloads as a .bff file, and I’m unsure where to place it. I see tutorials where they paste this file onto the drive corresponding to the printer, but that's not my case; I don’t see any such drive.
Can someone guide me through the step-by-step process? Thanks!
RE: Updating the Firmware of the Prusa i3 MK3S
My Mk3S's are now Mk3.5's so I can't directly check but looks like the latest firmware for the Mk3S (3.14) ( https://github.com/prusa3d/Prusa-Firmware/releases) is still .hex? The .bbf files are only for printers with the newer Buddy board, so Mk3.5, 3.9, 4 etc.
