The printer will set date and time automagically when connected to a network using the NTP protocol. You can adjust it for time zone, daylight savings time, etc, under Einstellungen->Sprache und Zeit. See https://help.prusa3d.com/de/article/lcd-menu-mk4-s-mk3-9-s_413171
