What mean '0.20mm Print Soluble Interface' or '0.20mm soluble full'  on the Print Settings ?

Looks like you have the Mk4S+MMU selected for the printer. If you don't have an MMU, make sure you select the base version of the printer. 

Or I misunderstood your question. If you do have an MMU, Soluble Full vs Soluble Interface specifies whether soluble material should be used only for the support interface (the few layers touching the supported surface) or for the whole support. As soluble material is expensive, only using it for the interface saves you money.

Always best to include a 3mf project file because that allows us to actually see your configuration and try to provide better help based on data and not just assumptions.
