Good question, I’m surprised no one else has replied.  My understanding (guess) is the bgcodes will *probably* run the same unless you’ve added some unusual custom gcodes. Fan efficiency might make a difference, but who knows?  Would be nice if you could get access to try ptrinting some of your files on those machines.  I’ve got a Mk4s, if that helps.

I just got a new MK4s, still in the box (assembled).

I will be giving it a try in the next few days.

I did order a "standard nozzle" so I can  change out the High Flow nozzle if needed.

And I assume I could print the MK4 style fan and basically be the same unit.

I will post results in a few days.

Just (today) finished the build and added a MK4S to my stable of Mk4 printers, and stumbled across this post wondering the same.  Both iterations of printers are running stock hardware.

I can report with 100% certainty that files sliced for my MK4 printers work just fine on the MK4S.

The 4S throws an initial warning, however simply click the PRINT option to bypass and it does just fine.
