RE: XY failed
On the X-axis you can see a poorly mounted pulley, the Y-axis pulley is not visible, but it will probably be the same. Instead of asking here, take the building instructions to hand, carefully read in what position the pulleys should be mounted on the engine axis and see how you have them mounted.
RE: XY failed
the last what i want is frustrating on Prusa Printers, this are good products and the help is very good if needed.
i make same mistakes even if i build it the second time i will jump over and miss that part
On every manual in Capture one there is always nearly the same wrote:
is this a hint when i say "flat surface", i think no, is time to read all captures again to find the Problem and maybe the hint
RE: XY failed
Hi @miroslav.h4 pardon me for asking, by which visual clue do you see the X pulley being poorly mounted? I reviewed the pictures in the assembly guide and they look exactly like the one in the video?
RE: XY failed
@chmax look closley the two screws and the flat surface, if u know the the manual, u know where they have to bee
same error on Y but there no screw is tight enougth
RE: XY failed
oh I see, no screw is sitting on the flat part of the motor shaft. Good catch, it was not immediately visible in the video but going much slower I did catch that. Thanks for the clarification.
RE: XY failed
Hi,
I have a faulty X-axis selftest, so far I have not had a problem with it, the printer has printed without a problem. I tried adjusting the belt, cleaning the guide rods, checking the bearings and it still does not work. Can you advise me? I have a MK4 with a box.
Thank you
RE: XY failed

RE: XY failed
