Change nozzle MK4S
Can anyone please point me in the direction of an updated video explaining how to change the nozzle for the mk4s using the printable tool.
Everything I can find is for older printers. I’d like a guide or solution that lets me switch the nozzle without having to dismantle the surrounding enclosure, remove fans etc.

RE: Change nozzle MK4S
I have the MK4 (not the MK4S) and when I change nozzles I never disconnect the power cables. I just loosen the holding screws and unscrew the nozzle. And then rescrew the nozzle and tighten the holding screws. Takes like 20 seconds. I assume the same is possible with the MK4S!
RE: Change nozzle MK4S
Do you use the printable part mentioned in the link above?

Something like this is a big help too: https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B092369RYR

I would also really love to see a guide with photos for changing the nozzle using the Nozzle Replacement Tool with the MK4S. I can't work out how to remove the fan on the front, I can't see what I'm doing or where to put the tool, etc.

You don’t remove the fan, just insert the tool over the heat break, loosen the thumb screws and unscrew the nozzle.

Right, this is why I need a photo guide - I don't know what any of those things are! (I'm not asking for an explanation here, it's okay. My current peril is here.)
RE: Change nozzle MK4S
The tool should be inserted on to the hotend like this. I use the no-sock version of the tool and remove the silicon sock before changing nozzles, because it has a better fit. Then I hold the tool with one hand from below to prevent the tool and the hotend from dropping and unscrew the nozzle with a small socket wrench tool or a torque wrench with the other hand.

Ahhh thank you, this is really helpful! I tried with the sock version and now my printer is behaving strangely, so I will print the no-sock version at my local makerspace and try again using your photos as a guide.
