Support adhesion to part
Anyone got suggestions how to prevent the part coming loose from the supports in this part? Print pla, 0,2mm lh 0,4 mm nozzle

you could try to build the support into the part. A lot of tiny columns only one or two layers thick and you can easily cut them after... below use a structure like the old roman waterways: pilots with arcs on top to save material.
