Suddenly I can not due a color change :/
All of the sudden I can not do a color change with my PRUSA MK4, I can not get beyond this screen after the first color is ejected. I can not load a second color and am stuck at this screen.
I am using PrusaSlicer 2.6.1 and printing from the supplied USB drive
I have never had this problem in the past
Any suggestions?

First, I'd suspect the filament sensor.

I also think you have a problem witht the filament sensor.
In the screen (right bottom), you can see the filament sensor say "ON", which means the printer thinks the filament is not unloaded.

Your sensor is stuck - possibly jammed by a fragment of stringing.
