Sudden Problems with Esun TPE

Hello!

I have a problem that appeared suddenly on my MK4 printer, printing Esun TPE.

It always worked like a charm and now its not extruding properly anymore. Anyone any ideas what could have happened?

I used the same profiles and settings as before.

Things i tried:

- Drying Filament 12h at 60C

-Printing at 250C (changed slightly but still holes in the printing)

-Printing with 150% Flowrate (changed slightly but still not good)

-Printspeed at 20mms

- cleaned extruder fans of dust

- Coldpull with PLA (Everything looks perfectly clean)

I would be very happy if someone could help me:) Anything i can test?

This is how first layer looks, finished prints look accordingly.

RE: Sudden Problems with Esun TPE

I just noticed your dilema. I found at times my Z height was miscalibrated. Even with pla. It zero on a piece of debris stuck to plate underside. Try cleaning tip off really good. Then Rehome it. Then continue as usual. It seams s thou it is to high and not squeezing to build plate. My two bits worth.

Thank you for your response:)

Sadly its not only the first layer, its missing in all layers. I started the print several times and cleaned the nozzle several times with the same results.

I printed some parts with PETG in between which came out great.

Any other ideas?
