what setting do i use to load and use TPU Material

I am going to ask tyhis AGIAN What setting do I use on the printer to LOAD TPU material On mine there is no setting to change to TPU

You mean the selection menu that appears on the printer's display when you insert the filament? That setting just selects the temperature for loading the filament, it does not lead to an error later if you print a model that was sliced with another filament type in the slicer. There is the type FLEX that is intended for flexible filaments like TPU or TPE. But I usually choose PLA there. I once tried the FLEX setting and it uses a higher temperature than what was needed for the filament I used and the extruder was skipping. With the PLA setting the filament was loading fine. I have used this for SainSmart TPU 95A, eSUN TPU 95A and Fiberlogy Fiberflex 40D.
