Print TPU in Prusa Enclosure, and any suggestions for profiles?

I have some Eryone TPU filament coming, and I have some questions about printing with this.

My mk4 is in an enclosure, and I generally use the spool mount with the boden tube for PLA and PETG. Will this work well with TPU, or should I mount the filament outside the enclosure and remove the boden tube for this run?

Secondly, does anyone know a decent filament profile for the Eryone TPU at https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B07WFJN6FG?psc=1&smid=A2VIQTBBRTKZCB&ref_=chk_typ_imgToDp?

Thanks,

I removed the little cover at the top of the enclosure and put the filament direct to the extruder. This with a spool holder. With that everything went well.

I print TPU 95A in an enclosure regularly without issue.

If it's a long print don't go crazy with retraction or you will have issues when the enclosure gets hot.  The default profiles in PS have worked fairly well for me with only really tweaking temperature.
