Frustration to print something simple
Community, I hope someone can help me. I have tired of printing this file that I attached on my Prusa MK3S+ without any problem. Now, when I want to print the "triple" piece on the MK4 (new), around 45% the nozzle drags it and takes it off or starts to fail. I made a great effort to be able to acquire the new PRUSA and at times certain failures are frustrating. PLA Stringing for example.I am with Prusa Slicer 2.6.1 and the printer has Firmware 5.0.I've been trying Satin SHEET and PEI Sheet, but it's not a "first layer" problem, I think. And as I repeat, on the Prusa MK3S+, it never fails.Thank you

Down grade the printer firmware to 4.7.2 and then try the print again.

Thank you very much for your answer. But when I downgrade, don't I lose the Input Shaping functions? What benefit do I have then of having a Mk4 compared to the Mk3s+?

Did you reslice the file for the MK4?

By downgrading you can eliminate the 5.00 firmware as the issue. If it fixes the issue, then you will need to wait until the next version of the 5.0 firmware. There have been several bugs reported with 5.00. If it doesn't fix it then put 5.00 back 0n the printer and continue troubleshooting.
If it doesn't then load V5.00 back on the printer and continue troubleshooting. Try Thomas Lynch's suggestion of slicing for the standard MK4 profile and see what happens.
