Consistent Unintended Offsets When Printing An Array of TPU parts

IMG_0393

Hello,

I began my 3D printing journey a few months ago, and I've learned a lot so far about printing TPU, but when I print an array of parts lately (I've been getting some undesirable offsets). I've attached a video showing what's going on.

Some more details:

I'm using a .4mm dia nozzle.

Standard Amazon Flex settings in Prusa Slicer.

I always use a clean PEI sheet before printing.

I use a layer of hairspray on the PEI sheet to ensure the TPU doesn't stick too well.

I've been consistently drying my TPU spool before use.

Could this result be explained by my x or y axis belt being too tight?

Thanks,

-Jeff
