Need to adjust vertical positioning of text on display

The text on the display on my printer needs to be shifted up about 1mm. The characters on the bottom status line almost have their bottoms cut off, and I have plenty of extra space above the top row of text. Has anyone else noticed this? I might have to contact support if no one knows how to adjust this.

First check the display has not been knocked out of its proper position within the case.

Nope. The display is firmly glued onto a piece of foam, that is firmly glued to the board. And the board fits snugly into the front cover.

RE: Need to adjust vertical positioning of text on display

Mystery solved. I contacted support and they said "there might be some displays with a slight offset but so far there was no issue reported on this. I'm not sure how long it might take for our development to include this in their list but I will definitely make sure they will take a look at it". They went on to say "the lcd can be usually disassembled without an issue , it's not sticking too much".

I decided to give it a shot. I carefully (with a thin plastic tool) pried the LCD including the black foam off of the PCB. It wasn't too bad to get it off. I cleaned off a little of the foam that was left on the PCB. I attached a picture of the PCB without the LCD. I noticed that there is a white outline indicating the placement of the LCD. Apparently, whoever did the assembly, didn't place it just right. I was able to place the LCD better and I'm happy with the result. I didn't add any additional glue, so I can remove it and reposition it easily now. But it still sticks well enough. As I said initially, it was only off my about 1mm.
