MK4 control panel screen/display issues
Greetings,
Just recently the MK4 control panel screen/display occasionally loses pixels, or only half the screen shows info, or several blank lines all across the horizontal, but the screen displays everything clear when switched back to the main home screen.
Most of the screen issues happen when in the printing process.
Any ideas?

OK, will do after this next print.
Unit was factory assembled, been running great for more than two months.
You never know how much it was shaken up in transit. And it's time for a maintenance session in any case:

Diem, thanks for the quick reply, greatly appreciated. Connections seem to be OK, the screen/display issues seem to be intermittent and don't affect the actual print run. Restarted MK4 and things seem to be back to normal, will be back if screen issues happen again.

I have this problem with both 5.0.0 and 4.7.2.

Is your screen issue intermittent or all the time?

It is intermittent. It only happens when the printer is printing and displaying the graphic image of what is being printed. Sometimes the entire display goes blank. Sometimes only part of the display goes blank. Sometimes the blank part is a diagonally dividing the screen from good and bad and sometimes it's horizontal.

Sounds similar to what I have experienced.
Maybe Prusa could respond to this issue.
