M601 position override
Hi all,
I am trying to print a box with magnets inserted. Due to the box being large and printed open with an in-place hinge, the locations where magnets require to be inserted end up at the 4 corners of the print bed. This renders the defaultM601 parking position (right, rear and too low) unusable.
Reprap Wiki show the M601 to accept parameters, but for me this does not seem to work on the Prusa MK4 .
I added M601 X130 Y210 Z170 S1 to the "Start G-code" in PrusaSlicer to save a different position for this print, but this just caused the printer to pause at it's default position before print. So it seemt to not only ignore the S1 but the positional parameters as well. With that, I cannot even issue a customized M601 during the print then.
Am I doing something wrong? Are the parameters to M601 not supported by MK4? Any ideas?
