How do I read bgcode files
I'm suspecting an issue in the bgcode file. (Print is failing on the same layer). Is their a way to covert bgcode files to gcode so I can analyze the gcode at the layer where the failure is occurring?

You can use PrusaSlicer v2.7 or later and convert between ascii and binary gcode. On Mac (I guess it's the same on Windows), under the File-menu, select Convert and from the sub-menu what direction you want to go.

Also in Configuration > Preferences > Other, there is an option to disable bgcode if you want to export just gcode.
