Hotend fall into bed, bent nozzle 🙁

Hello

During the printing a sample of a new design, the hotend fall from its place and crashed into the bed.

Seems that this crash have not been detected : The hotend was bent, the bed got a lots of scratches...

Using pliers I've managed to un-bend the nozzle but the filament is no longer able to load.

(see video, i've removed planetary gears cover)

I guess I had to change the nozzle to solve this issue ?

Most likely the tube is flattened slightly from having been bent, decreasing the diameter and blocking the filament.  Fixing it might be possible if you have the correct size metal rod to reform it, but the easiest and most reliable solution is a new nozzle.

When you install the new nozzle, make sure those thumbscrews are tight!  Good thing those PEI sheets have two sides.  🙂
