Followed Prusa tech support and now I have to solder the wires back together - crossing my fingers!
I worked with tech support on my MK4 filament sensor issue and was told to take apart the assembly and look at the wires and take a picture to send to them. As suggested I did and I took a picture and tech support blamed me on the broken wires and it is not covered under warranty... so here is attempt to solder things to get the $1,000 paperweight to work again!

as a follow up, after 8 weeks and $100 USD in parts from Prusa since Prusa says this was my fault, my paper weight now passes all of its tests... this is the first time it actually passed all the tests even after i received it brand new from Prusa.

I am definitely a little upset with tech support right now...

You can only try to carefully scrape out the cast material, solder the wires and fill the channels with a 2 component resin. A somewhat delicate work, but could succeed.
Of course, it would be easier if Prusa would show goodwill and send you a replacement.
Good luck!
