Color Change getting stuck

I am attempting to print with a filament/color change. I have tried both using a color change in PrusaSlicer and manually via the control screen. In both cases the filament unloads fins, but then the screen gets stuck saying "Please remove filament from filament sensor."

It seems the only way to continue is to reset the printer, and lose the print job.

RE: Color Change getting stuck

It seems that my filament sensor is malfunctioning. It was working initially, and has saved a couple of prints, but it has stopped working. I tried the sensor calibration, but when it asks to insert the filament, the screen flashes back and forth between asking to click continue and telling me to insert the filament.

I was able to successfully complete a color change by disabling the sensor.

Have you been on to Prusa support? What have they suggested?
