Finally my order is in progress, there was a problem with an item that was no longer available, however they need to better manage shipping payments but above all communication.

I give up. I ordered on April 14th and nothing. It's been cancelled. Prusa dropped the ball and can't keep up with demand.

1681319139 got delivered 2 hours ago but i am at work until 18:00. I can't wait to see and star building od my MK4. Excited 😄.

i'm very happy to announce that my order "16813179XX" First day order at 18:46 CET status has chage to shipped today at 00:50 GTM-4 19/06 Chilean local time.

Order consist on:

1 Mk4 Orange/Black Kit

1 Nozzle 0,251 Nozzle 0,4

1 Nozzle 0,6

1 set of 3 silicon socks

Thank you very much to everyone who had to read my repetitive messages of "it has not been sent yet" and the discomfort that perhaps it may have caused to them.

16813214XX, also no movement. Orange kit, EU plug, printed manual and satin sheet.

I just got a tracking number from DHL for my kit. Order number "16813212XX"

closer and closer...But the order for the Nextruder block, the Thermistor and the MK4 Heater, will arrive before the printer.

Smart order.  

Learning lesson: If you plan to use the nozzle adaptor and V6 nozzles, have a second swappable setup.  Swapping them as a unit might prolong the thermistor life.  A friend broke one while trying to swap a V6 nozzle.  This is what I am doing and I have yet to have a break.

Hopefully means they’re getting closer to my order as well - 16813227XX

Emailed them for an update and they said it will be shipped within the next 10 days - again nothing that I didn’t already know from looking at the schedule!

I'm also a 16813227XX order and I just noticed mine went to In Progress in the last couple of hours.  Hopefully you're seeing movement on yours as well.

The status for my order 16813197XX just changed to In Progress.

The order was for MK4 Kit. Color Black-Orange.  No extra sheets.   No other items added to order.

The status of my order 16813197XX has changed to Shipped and I have received tracking information from DHL.

The ETA for delivery is 7/24 and so far no notice about any duty owed.

It was about 3 days from processing to shipped.  

 

 

My MK4-Kit was delivered today July 21, 2023.

It was 7 days between getting the shipped notice and having it delivered. 

It was delivered 3 days earlier than the delivery estimate from DHL. 🙂

When I ordered the MK4 kit, the ETA was "New orders will be processed in July."

Prusa meet the ETA by processing the order and shipping the printer in July.

Mine shipped almost immediately after it entered processing. Like in 2-3 hours I had a tracking number and the status was "picked up".

Mine went to in processing, then half hour later or so I got a notice from DHL they had received tracking info. Another hour or two and Prusa said it was shipped. This was early afternoon, US central time.

It wasn’t until the following evening that DHL actually acquired the packages though.

Still in progress - guess there is no shipping during the weekend so expect movement tomorrow - would have been nice to get it today considering its my birthday! Lol
