The status for my order 16813197XX just changed to In Progress.
The order was for MK4 Kit. Color Black-Orange. No extra sheets. No other items added to order.

They explained, it’s just not very satisfactory
Production is progressing according to the plan, except for MK4 kits, where we have experienced delays due to a larger number of summer vacations and a slower start of production of the new product than we expected.

My Order 1681319759 ist still new. It is a black Kid with 1 Nozzle (in Stock). CS yesterday: According to the shipping table and the lead times, we should ship your order this week, early next week at the latest.
The status for my order 16813197XX just changed to In Progress.

Seems that people are mostly annoyed because:
1. Full payment instead of deposit before delivery.
2. Lack of direct and proactive communication.
3. Long wait times.
To me it seems that the reason 1 also makes people more annoyed to 2 and 3 and changing full payments to a deposit would also mitigate the annoyance from 2 and 3.
2 could be fixed with direct and proactive e-mails for everyone who ordered stuff with long lead times with an opt-out possibility in addition of the current shipping schedule website.
There should also be a clear update schedule for shipping information updates and this schedule should be also communicated to the customers.
After these changes the 3 would not be such a major problem for those who order.

I’ll lay it down. At this point I’m frustrated. Full payment with such long wait times. But even so, I’ll forgo the payment/deposit issue (even though the deposit system is needed for situations like this instead of full payment when you don’t know when you can even deliver).
My main gripe at the moment is the lack of communication. That, and the fact I still have no idea when my printer is scheduled to get to me. A ‘window of opportunity’ means nothing to me. They’ve clearly demonstrated that the schedule is rubbish and means nothing - just add some extra time to the end to extend it and job done.
Either they need to implement a deposit system, with full payment prior to dispatch, rather then sit on everyone’s full payment for as long as they like, or they need to up their game with comms and have a proper system that keeps customers fully informed of progress of their order. I want to know at what stage my order is in right now and when it is due to dispatch - not have an order I placed over 3 months ago still state ‘NEW’ and then have no idea of what’s going on because the scedhule they provided is flexible and can change in a moment notice.
Honestly, not even an email to inform me of the schedule change!! Even that I have to find out for myself! It’s ridiculous.

I say one last thing and then enough sanity I become really offensive, we can write anything we want, they don't read it, they don't care, they have the money in the bank to make an income for more than 3 months. I repeat only one word "shame"

Nah, because my order with a later number shipped and it was all black. I also had the enclosure. Some people were proposing orders with enclosures shipped slightly earlier than other orders. My order seems to add evidence to this. Thought it also could have been because it was slightly reprioritized when I had to cancel my original order to get the enclosure added via a new order.

Your order may also play into that. The Mk3 shipped out of order because black was a less common order and often shipped out of order. There are many possible factors.
