I don't think you should cancel. Yes its frustrating - I'm getting frustrated too - but we are literally at the point of dispatch now. Would be a shame to wait so long to cancel just before dispatch! We are kinda at their mercy at this point! lol

One thing is for sure, I will reconsider ordering a new item from Prusa again. Instead of holding my money for 3 months, I would rather wait until the initial batches are cleared and things die down before I order anything - if I order anything.... 

After 3 months or holding my money without supplying anything, Prusa should be paying me interest at this stage!!! LOL 🙂

My order is a few numbers before yours and still nothing, I think if they don't ship by tomorrow I'll get my money back, I didn't expect such a big company to treat its customers like this, especially after taking the money for 3 months really bad

Update from Prusa Rep via chat:

"There might be a small delay due to the 2 days of national holidays we had last week, as the courier company didn't work. So we deeply apologize for any inconvenience, your order should be shipped in next week"

"Unfortunately, I am just guessing as I don't see so deeply into this problematic"

This is complete rubbish. The national holidays were not new. These are planned holidays. They should have been factored in to the shipping schedule already. Even so, the schedule should have been updated as this means a knock on affect for ALL kit orders from the planned holiday dates onwards. 

"Yes we were manufacturing those holidays"

So manufacturing continued over the holiday period - it was just the courier that stopped working. In which case, Prusa would have a backlog of manufactured printers that were stored for those two days, hence why weren't these shipped out in a larger batch on day 3?

I believe Prusa is just blaming the courier for this one.

Have you asked if Prusa can delay your order?  I would be surprised if they could not accommodate that request.

Today is the last day of batch 2. I ordered my Prusa MK4 kit 12th April. So it should be shipped today. But unfortunatly I don't belive that they will do so 🙁

I would be careful about asking for a shipping delay. I ordered an assembled MK4 on 3 April with an expected ship mid May. By 1 June it had not changed from Paid/New and I was going to be away 8&9 June. I contacted Prusa and ask that they ship so it arrived before 8 June or after 9 June. During the first week of June orders from 4 April were getting shipped. By 10 June my order was still Paid/New. I figured it had somehow gotten lost and gave up getting one of the early printers. I ended up cancelling and ordered the kit version (with shipping about $400US cheaper) with the hope I see it by the end of the summer. I think by asking Prusa to schedule shipping to correlate with my 8&9 June trip messed up the order but I did not want the box sitting at my front door for 2 days. My take away is to do nothing that deviates your order from their normal order processing. I believe they are swamped with orders attesting to the quality of their printers and they are doing the very best they can and still maintain excellent quality control. Reading through the 21 pages of this forum the one thing I do not see are complaints about quality. To me that is amazing for the roll out of a new product line. For now I am biding my time and hoping to have my new printer before the first snow.

Not at all - I don't think anyone can argue against quality. They've proved that. Just like they've proved their strong support. As I said previously, I believe once we all receive our kits we will most likely be happy and oversee all of the frustration that came with the ordering and waiting process - it's just getting the bloody things that's been the frustrating part! I appreciate they have had tons of orders because of their quality and high support, I just think a deposit system, along with a better order feedback system, would just top it off.

A few issues crop up, but nothing like my Ender-3.  I have used my M4 for two weeks.  Not a single issue except a sliced a file with the wrong settings.  That is a user error, and I will live with it.  

With my P1P and A1C (at two weeks), I had a partial clog in each and had to do a cold pull.  During my first two weeks with the P1P, I struggled off and on with some poor adhesion.  I hope I do not jinx myself, but I have had zero issues with my M4.  I am thrilled and might buy a second.  Even with the wait and the Alpha firmware, the price and wait are well worth it.

I just talk to C.S, the update they gave me is "OK from what I can see your order is still in the queue to be shipped today but it might happen that it won't ship today but early next week, as we still have some orders in front of yours to be shipped first."

how can be order early by mine if they already ship order after my...

that's what doesn't fit me.

I'm a little tired of saying it, but we just have to wait 😔

One week delay. That's a shame. Vacation and Public Holidays are predictable. So everyone knew whats happen 🙁 I am very disappointed

And of course even when you have seen your order move to "in progress" and then on to "shipped" you'll probably have the carrier and customs to get through.

My Mk4 kit shipping note was generated on the Tuesday 11th. Through the week it has fought its way through CZ customs, carrier pickup, transport, DHL bill for duty and payment of UK VAT and it has finally made it to East Midlands airport in the UK today. Our Customs then had s stab at it and finally it has cleared through into the DHL shed at the airport at 4pm today (Friday) just in time for the DHL boys and girls to go home for the weekend and leave my printer sat there until Monday. So a total of 6 days for an item I paid for 2-4 day shipping on.

I think I should have picked a less frustrating hobby really 🤐

I ordered the MK3s+ -> mk4 kit on March 29th . My order still says new and CS can’t give me a straight answer on when this order will be shipped. Paid in full and I’ve got nothing.
