Nextruder nozzle swap should be as simple as unscrewing old and screwing back new one. A complete different story is using the nozzle adapter and V6 nozzle, where swapping the entire hotend makes sense

You still need to remove the wires, then hold the block and unscrew the recalcitrant head, i killed like 5 v6 because of terminators wire etc.

Revo is a much better design, i bought the parts to have 2 ready to use nozzle. And spare parts if something breaks.

In theory the nozzle and the block unscrew easily but with heat cycle and if s small bit of plastic melts in the thread or between the block and nozzle after a incident or anything its a bit of a project to clean everything and swap the nozzle.

wear resistant so you can print abrasive material like carbon fibre without eating your brass nozzle.

im not sure it print as nice as a brass one for heat conductivity will need to test that

You dont nead a heaterblock for a quick change of the nozzle. Without heating and cooling times, I need about 20 seconds to change the nozzle. I have not yet measured it exactly, possibly even less.

With the stock Prusa nozzles it is as easy as Revo, no need to touch cables. Just undo the thumbscrews, hold the block with one hand and unscrew the nozzle with the other. You might need to use a wrench to loosen it up, but after that loosening it goes out easily by spinning it with your hand. Then insert the new nozzle in until it's flush with the block, redo the thumbscrews and you're done. Having an additional block is beneficial for an adapter + V6 nozzle combo, as it allows to skip the hot tightening for swaps. But for Prusa nozzles it's actually faster to not touch the cables at all.

The cables are coming out of the heater block from the top, behind the upper part of the nozzle, so it's quite hard to damage them when swapping nozzles, you'd need to yank the block down to damage something. Hitting them with tools is not easy.

Ill give it a try worst case scenario ill have spares part but i had way to many times in the past with v6 issues of the nozzle welded to the block with micro amount of plastic

Just use the Solicon sock and the problem is solved.

I got the nozzle today, install was easier then planned, stock nozzle had plastic stuck to the rim but luckily not over the nut part if that makes any sense. I did have a silicone sock on but the fit is not perfect to the nozzle there a lot of room for plastic to gum up between the block and nozzle even with the sock

i have spares parts for when something breaks.

I don't know what you're doing wrong, but since I put the sock on, there's not a bit of plastic anywhere on the heater block or between the heater block and the nozzle. Everything super clean after over 100 prints.Of course, you should make the nozzle below also clean from time to time. But that goes without saying.
