No pause message on LCD?

For the first time ever (with the MK4, anyway) I wanted to embed something in a print. I used the PrusaSlicer preview to find the layer and right clicked to add the pause and it asked for a message to go with the pause. Everything worked perfectly, I got the part embedded, but I didn't see hide nor hair of the message I filled in. The slicer docs say it will appear on the LCD. Bug or bad docs? (It did tell me the correct time till next change though, that was useful to set a timer on my phone to remind me when to wander back over to the printer).

RE:

The message is embedded in the Gcode as a M117 command, just before the M601 (pause).  Unfortunately, Prusa has failed to implement M117 processing in the Buddy firmware, so the M117 is ignored and no message is displayed.

There is a github request to implement M117, so hopefully we will see it in a future firmware release.
